novum

hand-made meets industrial: for the march ’17 issue of the german design magazine novum, we’ve created 12,500 individual cover versions in an elaborate procedure.

artisanal interventions were directly performed during the printing process at printing company wolfensberger. four different motifs were continuously modified while printing. through changes in the selection, application and quantity of colour, water splashes and scratches, attractive variations of these geometrical forms were created.

we’ve also done a limited lithography edition of it – scroll down for more information.
